Watch out for paper prices! A federal government biofuel tax credit has been padding the profits of paper mills, while keeping printing paper prices down, but it could be going away at the end of 2009.

It will be interesting to see if the government extends this program or allows paper prices to rise by terminating the program. If it isn't extended, we could expect some big price increases on paper and that would hurt the print market.
